Dr Ian Heyns

Dr Ian Heyns obtained his BChD degree in 2008 at the University of the Western Cape. He has been working at Kuils River Dental since 2010 and has been a co-owner of the practice since 2011. Ian has a great love and passion for working with people and strives to assist everyone as best he can.

Dr Sureta Wiese

Dr Wiese completed her BChD in 2008 at the University of Western Cape. She started working at the practice in 2010 while it was still owned by Dr Dawid Smit. She completed a two year post-graduate diploma in endodontics (root canal treatments) in 2017 because of her love for root canal treatments and retreatments.

She also completed a basic implantology course in 2018 from Dr Howard Gluckman (Implant & Aesthetic Academy).

Dr Wiese prefers a holistic approach when working out a treatment plan for a patient. The entire picture should be looked at in order to provide the patient with the best treatment outcome.

Dr Ronelle Lemley

Dr. Ronelle Lemley completed her BChD degree in 2008 at the University of the Western Cape. She also completed a post graduate diploma in sedation and pain control in 2013, also at the University of the Western Cape. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry, but has a special interest in root canal treatments.

Lucinda Shaw

Lucinda is a newly qualified Oral hygienist that graduated from the University of Western Cape (UWC) in December 2019. Obtaining this degree was one of the many milestones she has set for herself after completing her matric in 2015. Being an ambitious individual looking to broaden her career path, she is open to new challenges within the industry. She has a big passion for her work and always strives to provide her patient with high quality treatment.
